Christmas Campaign 2024

“If you look for it, I’ve got a sneaky feeling you’ll find that love actually is all around”

Our 2024 Seas Design Christmas advert was a playful parody of the iconic Love Actually scene featuring Billy Mack’s “Christmas Is All Around.” This year’s challenge was all about the set—we wanted it to feel truly magical for everyone involved in creating it. The goal was to capture a genuine, ‘Christmassy’ atmosphere without relying on CGI or anything artificial, focusing instead on the warmth and charm of a handcrafted festive setting.

Filmed on a custom-built set at Un.titled Studio in Salford, every detail was designed to evoke holiday cheer. To take the magic further, we collaborated with the talented team at Co Creative Performance Company, incorporating dynamic choreography and live singing into the filming process. Overcoming any embarrassment, we fully embraced the challenge of performing the song during filming, adding authenticity and fun to every scene.

The experience was a blast, and we really wanted to mimic the joy and playfulness of the original Love Actually moment. It was a project full of energy, creativity, and a whole lot of Christmas spirit, leaving us and everyone involved with unforgettable festive memories! 🎄✨🎥
