 each project. This simply helps illustrate the stages and timings depending on the type of work we do. We appreciate that every project will be different and we adapt accordingly, but these are a useful guide based on typical projects.

Discovery

1 Week

Enquiry - Your enquiry begins with an initial email or phone conversation, during which we provide a quotation and explain our process in detail.

Discovery call - We’ll schedule a discovery call to learn more about you, your business, and your expectations, helping us tailor our approach.

Questionnaire - We ask all clients to complete our brand questionnaire. This helps us gain a deep understanding of your goals and desired outcomes.

Design and Develop

2-3 week

First round of design concepts - Based on our discussions and the insights from your brand questionnaire, we’ll develop and present the initial round of design concepts for your review

Feedback from client - After reviewing the concepts, we ask you to share both positive and constructive feedback, either in person, via phone, WhatsApp, or a video call, so we can proceed with any necessary revisions.

Revisions - If needed, we’ll create revised concepts based on your feedback to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

Finalisations - Once final revisions are completed, we’ll present the finalised designs for your approval and sign-off.

Deliver

1 Week 

Design files prepared - Upon completion and approval of your branding, we will prepare and supply all necessary file formats, including JPEG, PNG, EPS, and PDF.

Sign off - After the final sign-off, we will request the final payment before delivering the design files to you.

Timeline

3 - 6 Weeks

Our branding packages generally take 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the package chosen. For larger projects, we will establish and agree on the scope and timeline with the client. While we work across various industries, our process remains consistent. Our ultimate goal is client satisfaction, achieved through a streamlined and effective approach, backed by years of hands-on experience working with clients.

Our branding services start from £500, offering a professional and tailored approach to help your business stand out. Whether you need a logo, brand identity, or a full rebrand, we create designs that leave a lasting impression.

Content Collection - We ask our clients to gather the necessary content for their website, including everything from introductory paragraphs to featured images. If needed, we also offer content creation and copywriting services to assist with this process.

Sitemap Review - We will carefully plan your website’s site map to ensure a clear understanding of the user journey and how each element of the site will be organised. This process helps us map out where every page and feature will be placed, ensuring intuitive navigation and an optimal user experience. By focusing on the flow and structure early on, we create a solid foundation for your website to engage users effectively and meet your business goals.

Design and Develop

3 - 4 weeks

Website Design - In this phase, we will design the complete layout of your website, incorporating your brand’s colours, fonts, imagery, and other visual elements. This will ensure the design aligns seamlessly with your brand identity and delivers a consistent, engaging experience for users.

Content population for E-commerce websites - In this phase, we will populate your e-commerce website with essential content, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and categories. We require you to provide the necessary content and product images, but we can also assist with content creation and image sourcing if needed. This step ensures that your products are clearly displayed and easy for users to browse and purchase, helping create a fully functional and engaging online store.

Feedback from client -  After reviewing the website design, we ask you to share both positive and constructive feedback, either in person, via phone, WhatsApp, or a video call, so we can proceed with any necessary revisions.

Revisions - After sending the initial website design, we invite you to review and provide feedback. We’ll make any necessary changes to ensure the design matches your vision and business goals, ensuring you’re fully satisfied before moving to the final development stage.

Backend Development - After finalising the design revisions, we move on to the back-end development phase. This is where we build the functionality of your website, ensuring all features like databases, payment systems, and other integrations work seamlessly. Our focus is on creating a smooth, efficient, and secure experience for both you and your customers.

Deliver

2 - 3 weeks

Finalisation - In the finalisation phase, we conduct thorough testing to ensure all aspects of the website are functioning properly, from design to back-end features. Once everything has been reviewed and approved, we prepare for the official launch. At this stage, we ensure you’re fully satisfied with the final product, and your website is ready to go live, providing a seamless experience for your users.

Hosting and domain connection - We will set up your website hosting and connect your domain, ensuring everything is properly configured for a smooth launch. This step guarantees that your site is ready to go live and accessible to your audience with reliable performance and uptime.

Sign off - Before the website goes live, we will require the final payment. Once this is received and the site is reviewed for approval, we will proceed with the official launch, giving you full control and access to your new website.

Launch

1 week

Website Training Session - After your website is live, we offer a comprehensive training session to guide you through managing and updating your site. We’ll cover everything from editing content to handling product updates, ensuring you’re confident in maintaining your website independently.

Website Access - Once the website is live and final payment has been made, we will provide you with full back-end access. This will allow you to manage your website, update content, and monitor its performance, giving you complete control over your site’s functionality and features.

Timeline - Our website design and development process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the package chosen and the type of website required. For more complex projects, we will work with you to define and agree on the scope and timeline. Regardless of the industry or website type, our approach is always consistent and client-centered. Onboard

Initial Campaign Approval - Once the initial campaigns are created, we’ll send them for your review and approval, ensuring everything aligns with your expectations before launch.

Client Portal Access - You’ll receive access to our client portal, where you can track campaign progress, review reports, and stay updated in real-time.

Ongoing

Monthly Performance Reviews - We provide monthly performance reviews to discuss key metrics, insights, and progress towards your goals, ensuring we’re always aligned and making data-driven adjustments.

Content Calendar Management - We manage your content calendar at a high level, giving you an overview of campaigns and strategy without requiring day-to-day involvement, so you can focus on the bigger picture.

Ad Campaign Optimisation - We continuously monitor and refine your ad campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance and maximise return on investment.

Reporting - Both of our marketing packages include a quarterly in-person reporting meeting. We do request that all clients specify the metrics they feel are the most important to their business so that we can create bespoke quarterly impact reports. You will be sent a monthly report via Google Looker Studio to any email you specify. As part of your set up on either marketing package, your website will be optimised to measure conversions using Google Analytics 4.

We like to work with a business for at least one full financial year in order to be able to achieve the goals set out.

When a new business approaches us with no historic data, we know there will be a longer set up period of around one month, a learning phase of around three months and a optimisation phase of around one month. Once we have completed these phases, we know we will have enough data to work towards your businesses goals and expectations.

We like to create a solid foundation based on transparency and do request that at least the first three phases are undertaken before making any major campaign changes.

We send a final checklist covering wardrobe, props, branding elements, and any additional items to ensure a seamless shoot day.

Shoot Day

Arrival & Setup

Our team arrives early to set up equipment, assess lighting conditions, and ensure everything is ready for the session.

Directed Shoot

We guide you through the shoot, capturing high-quality visuals that align with your brand identity. Whether it’s product photography, lifestyle shots, or promotional videos, we ensure every frame delivers impact.

Live Adjustments

We review shots in real-time, making necessary adjustments to composition, lighting, and angles to ensure the best results.

Post Shoot

Editing & Retouching

Our post-production process includes professional editing, colour grading, and retouching to enhance the final visuals.

Preview & Feedback

We provide a preview gallery or draft video edit for your review. You’ll have the opportunity to request minor refinements.

Final Delivery

Your high-resolution images or videos are delivered in the agreed formats, ready for use across your marketing channels.

Timeline and Payment

Our photography and videography shoots follow a structured process, with timelines depending on when the shoot is scheduled after your enquiry. Video editing typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the amount of content filmed and the final video length, while photography is edited within 1–3 weeks. As shoot dates can fill up quickly, all bookings must be secured in advance. To confirm a slot, full payment is required upfront. Our content shoots start from £500 + VAT, ensuring a professional and high-quality service tailored to your needs.

Extra content

For all brand and web design projects, we require a 50% payment upfront to secure your project and get started, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For our digital marketing services, we operate on a monthly payment basis, with the agreed fee due at the start of each month.
