2. Services Provided Seas Design offers branding, digital marketing, website design, content creation, and related services. Specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in the client agreement or project proposal.

3. Intellectual Property 3.1. All content created by Seas Design, including but not limited to designs, strategies, and materials, remains the intellectual property of Seas Design until full payment is received. 3.2. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, excluding any third-party materials or tools used in the project. 

4. Client Responsibilities 4.1. The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, information, and feedback within agreed timeframes to facilitate the timely completion of the project. 4.2. The client warrants that any content or materials supplied to Seas Design do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

5. Payment Terms 5.1. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or proposal. 5.2. For larger projects, a deposit is required before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones or deadlines. 5.3. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 5% per month or part thereof.

6. Revisions and Approvals 6.1. Projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions will be billed separately. 6.2. The client is responsible for approving deliverables in a timely manner. Delays in approvals may affect the project timeline.

7. Cancellation and Refunds 7.1. Either party may cancel the agreement with written notice. 7.2. If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the completed work up to the cancellation date. 7.3. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality Seas Design agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Liability 9.1. Seas Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 9.2. Seas Design’s total liability for any claims arising under these terms will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Third-Party Services Seas Design may use third-party tools or services as part of delivering projects. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, platforms, or integrations.

11. Portfolio and Marketing Seas Design reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing in which we will need to agree.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments Seas Design reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
