We had the pleasure of working with Humphreys Estate Agents, based in Chester, to refresh their brand identity. This wasn’t a complete rebrand but rather a considered update to modernise their visual identity while retaining the prestigious feel of the original branding. Our goal was to make the brand more approachable and welcoming, striking a balance between elegance and accessibility.

To achieve this, we retained their signature green while introducing complementary colours, including a lighter green and a copper accent, to add warmth and depth. A refined serif font was selected to maintain a sophisticated feel while ensuring it was approachable and not overly bold or masculine.

Additionally, we designed a versatile emblem that could be used across various business elements, providing flexibility and enhancing brand recognition. This refreshed branding was then carried through to their stationery design, ensuring a consistent and cohesive identity across all touchpoints.
